(BIM) is a digital representation of the systems and physical characteristics of a building. Using BIM, you’ll be able to have a real-time visualization of the facility as well as edit and access information from anywhere.
Virtual Design Construction
VDC is the process of collaborating numerous virtual models of a facility by multiple parties and utilizing them to transfer the digital information to the real-world project being built. Using VDC you can simulate the construction process, identify issues well in advance of construction, coordinate schedule milestones and help save time on the delivery of a project.
Design Concept Physical Install
Unitech is committed to quality and has dedicated a Journeyperson with the associated technical field skills to head our BIM/VDC team. This allows us to quickly identify and offset coordination issues between trades and offer solutions that work for all parties.
